    Here at Merchandise Online, we are committed to bringing quality products and services to our beloved customers. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

    If for some strange reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 30-day Return Policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

    With prior authorization and within 30 days of the order's delivery, you may return any item you purchased from your pals at Merchandise Online for any reason to receive a replacement product or a refund. Please note: 20% of the product's price will be charged as a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

    If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Merchandise Online, we will also refund the return shipping cost and subsequent shipping fees.

    • All exchanges or refunds must be pre-arranged and require a return authorization number issued by Merchandise Online. Please, no surprise returns (unless the box is packed full of confetti)! You can contact us for a return authorization number.

    • Authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package not clearly marked can not be accepted.

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns or exchanges. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping from the customer to Merchandise Online, as well as the shipping fee from Merchandise Online to the customer.

    • Returns or exchanges can not be accepted if the customer has not contacted Merchandise Online within 30 days of an order's delivery in regards to accepting a return.

    • No shipping fees will be refunded. This includes the initial shipping cost and any subsequent shipping fees to occur due to a return.

    • Refunds for returned orders will be issued through the same method the payment was received. For example, if you paid with Amazon Payments, Google Checkout, or PayPal, you can only receive a payment via the venue you used to pay for your order. If you paid with a credit card, refund will only be issued to the same credit card.

    • Any exchanged items will be sent to the shipping address provided in the order.


    This part is really important! Please read:

    Individually packaged items, like Playboy bed sheets, shower curtains, coffee mugs, action figures, any clothing, etc may only be returned in its original,unopened packaging. We will not be able to accept any returned items once the packaging has been opened or the merchandise has been removed. If we did,that would be gross!

    1. Contact Merchandise Online at 816-540-2946 (Mon. - Fri, 9am - 6pm) or via e-mail to arrange a return

    2. Please specify and provide:

      • Your order number.

      • First and last name (nickname optional, but recommended).

      • SKU number or description of the item(s) you want to return.

      • Reason for return, such as: damaged product, received incorrect item/color/size, received duplicate, item too awesome to handle, etc.

      • How we can rectify the situation: Send a replacement, issue a refund, provide store credit, or write a heartfelt apology letter?

    3. Wait for a member of our customer service team to contact you with a return authorization number and further return instructions.

    You can return your packages to the address below. Again, do not return an item before contacting us! We can not accept returns without authorization codes!

    If an order is sent back to us by the post office for any reason - like an incorrect address, unclaimed package, recipient has moved, etc. - it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost of resending the package. If the customer decides not to have the package reshipped, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    You will be contacted promptly by phone or via e-mail if your order is returned; however, it is thenyour responsibility to contact us to decide how to resolve the situation.

    Return-to-sender orders will be held for 15 days. If we do not receive a response from the customer within 15 days, the returned items will be restocked.
